Guarantee of products purchased on-line

All our shoes are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years. Manufacturing defects are usually clearly visible and/or become evident after a few days' use. Deterioration of the shoe due to undue use or exposure to external degrading agents is not considered to constitute manufacturing defects.

Damage due to incorrect use, to manipulation of the material or normal wear and tear is not included under this guarantee.

Articles offered in this catalogue comprise a selection of those available in the El Naturalista collection subject to availability of each model at the time of purchase. All products meet the same quality requirements and are subject to the same guarantee as those on sale in El Naturalista shops. If you have doubts or problems on receipt of our shoes please don't hesitate to contact us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on receipt you have 14 days to return the goods. El Naturalista declines all responsibility on expiry of this 14-day period.

How can I cancel a confirmed order?

You may cancel your order by contacting our Client Service Department provided the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. If the order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Please keep in mind that orders are dispatched on the first working day following the purchase date.

Can I change the size within the same model?

El Naturalista recommends that buyers consult and check the size chart (point 4 above) before making their purchase. Our goal is a completely satisfied customer. If for any reason (size, colour etc.) you are not happy with your order on delivery you have 14 days during which you may exchange it, although it may not be returned. El Naturalist declines all responsibility once this 14-day period has expired.

Can I return a model?

El Naturalista recommends that buyers consult and check the size chart (point 4 above) before making their purchase. The model must be chosen with care because you can only change the size and colour, provided stocks exist. El Naturalista will NOT accept returns for reasons other than demonstrable and substantiated manufacturing defects. The delivery costs of returns on insufficient grounds ("I don't like them" etc.) are ALWAYS charged to the client and will never be covered by El Naturalista.
