Steps to clean your shoes:
- 1. Use a dry brush/cloth. Remove loose dirt from the sole and upper with a soft-bristled shoe brush/cloth.
- 2. Then use a damp cloth to clean all parts of the shoe.
- 3. Air dry your shoe.
- 4. Moisturize your shoe with specific products for footwear (do not forget to check the product specifications according to the type of leather/fabric of your shoe).
- 5. Keep enjoying your shoes as if they were new.

Atención al cliente impecable!!Compré estas botas online y además de comentar que son perfectas para mi, tengo el pie estrecho y se adaptan como un guante, quiero resaltar y agradecer el fantástico trabajo del departamento de postventa.
La bota izquierda tenía un defecto en la cremallera y una vez reportado el problema y enviado el producto de vuelta a fábrica, en unas 10 días laborables me avisaron de que habían solucionado el problema de la bota y me las reenviaron.
Ni que decir que las botas están ahora perfectas y no he vuelto a tener ningún otro problema.
