Our products

In the El Naturalista E-shop you will find our shoes, as well as products from our new accessory line. You can also purchase a copy of our music CD, Esencias.

By clicking on the links provided, you will find comprehensive information regarding our products. Our shoe collection is organized by line; each line has several different models. By selecting a specific model you will see the selected shoe, as well another models in that line. Each link also provides information on the colors,sizes, technical characteristics, materials, price and stock availability. You can also view the shoe form different angles. 

How do you find what are you looking for?

You can find all of our products by clicking on the E-shop link. You can also select the link "The Collection" to view shoes from our Autumn/Winter 2008 collection. If you are looking for a specific model,size, or color, you can use the "search" tool at the top of the page. 

Using the shopping bag

When you find an item that you want to purchase, add it to the shopping bag.

The price(including tax, but not shipping) of each product is shown in the upper right corner of the page. Just below the price you will find the option to add it to the shopping bag.

After clicking "add to bag" you will select the size you want and click "ok". If the shoe is available it will be added to your shopping bag. This information will be kept in your shopping bag until you decide to complete the purchase.

After completing this process you can continue navigating our E-shop and adding new items to the shopping bag.

It is not necessary to be logged in as a client to start the shopping process. We keep the information in your shopping bag as long as you are in our E-shop and until you close the browser.

How to modify your shopping bag

During the shopping process you can modify your shopping bag. You can add, remove, or change the units of each product and/or continue shopping. To do any of these options you must first click "view shopping bag".

• To add a new product to the shopping bag

  If you are already in your shopping bag and you wish to buy other product, you must click the link "continue shopping" to return to the El Naturalista E-shop. Select another product and click "add to bag". The new item will be added to your shopping bag.

• How to eliminate items in the shopping bag

  On the right size of each line there is trashcan icon. You can remove any product from your shopping bag by clicking this icon. When you delete a product, the shopping bag and prices will be updated automatically.

• To modify the number of items in the shopping bag

   In "UNITS" box you can modify the number of products by inserting the desired number. To update the amount of your purchase click "update my shopping bag".

How to complete your purchase

The purchase process has 4 steps.

1. Review the shopping bag

   Review the shopping bag
   Review all the items in your shopping bag and make any necessary changes. Click on "proceed to checkout."
2. 

   User identification

   During the second step you must log in or register. 

   If you already are a registered user, you only need to log in(e-mail address and password). If you did not complete the necessary information to purchase from the E-shop when you registered, you will be required to do so in order to complete your purchase.

   If you are not a register user, you will be required to register. The required fields are marked with asterisks. As a register user you will receive El Naturalista information and you may purchase from our E-shop.

3. Data confirmation

   During the third step you must confirm your personal data, invoice and delivery information, your shopping bag items, and payment method. If the information is correct click "confirm". Again you will see your shopping information. Click "pay" in order to submit the transaction.

4. Payment

   The payment is the last step. El Naturalista has a secure online payment. At this point, fill out the credit card data. El Naturalista does not keep any credit card data. This information goes directly to BBVA bank to guarantee confidentiality and security.
