How can I pay?

Purchases must be made with credit card.

 Credit card fraud is a crime. El Naturalista will prosecute all persons who make a fraudulent transaction in our e-shop.

 CES option:
CES is a system implemented by Visa International, MasterCard, Microsoft and Netscape, among others. The credit card companies and financial organizations using CES provide more efficiency and security to the user and merchant during an Internet transaction. When paying with VISA and MASTERCARD, the customer must provide the credit card number, the expiration date and the personal identification code (4 digits) to complete the transaction. Requiring the personal identification code prevents the use of the credit card in cases where the card number and expiration date have been copied or stolen.

What currency do we use?

 All our prices are in euros. The prices shown are retail prices and include European Union taxes. Prices are established based on the promotion and distribution costs in each country.

Sizes

The sizes in El Naturalista's online shop are continental European sizes. Equivalent sizes for American, British, and Japanese sizes are found in the table below:

Half sizes

El Naturalista does not make half sizes. If you have a question about one specific model, please contact us or review the information regarding sizes equivalencies in above table. 

Shipping & Handling Rates

The shipping cost will depend on the destination country  and the number of items. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice. 

For our customers outside the European Union, please note that you will may need to pay local taxes and customs duty, which are not included in the price.

Bellow are some examples of customs duty from non-European countries.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship to the countries listed on our e-shop website. Shipments are made Monday to Friday, between 0900-1800 Central European Time. Signature upon delivery is required for all shipments. We use Ups or other courier and transport companies depending on the mos advantageous conditions for our clients. To avoid potential delivery problems (wrong addresses, etc) it is essential to provide a phone number. 

El Naturalista reserves the right to change the method of shipment and the carrier as needed, as long as such change is not detrimental to the client.

When To Expect Your Order?

Deliveries normally take 3 to 14 working days, depending on the country of destination. El Naturalista shall not be liable for any delay in performance directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from acts of nature, fire, flood, war, accident, riot, transport strikes, embargoes, labor difficulties, equipment failure, late deliveries by suppliers or other difficulties which are beyond our control. 

          Holy week vacation: shoes ordered during the period of March 19th-  30th will be shipped on the March 31st. 

 El Naturalista Product Warranty

All our products have a two-year warranty against any defects in materials or workmanship. These defects are normally visible immediately or will become evident after minimal use. Any damages caused by any inappropriate use or exposure to external degrading factors are not considered material or manufacturing defects and such damages are not covered by the warranty.

All items offered on this Website are selected from El Naturalista's Collection and have the same quality requirements as those products sold in retail stores. The Customer Service Department will provide assistance to resolve any problems with your order. For any questions or problems contact us. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please notify us within 14 days. After 14 days, El Naturalista cannot assume responsibility.

If your shipment is still in our warehouse, you may cancel it. Please note that your order will be shipped on the first working day after the order was placed. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service. If your shipment has left the warehouse, you may not cancel your order.

May I change the size?

El Naturalista recommends that you review the size table (see above) before submitting your order. We want you to be a satisfied customer. If you are not satisfied with your order (color or size), you have 14 days to exchange it. After 14 days El Naturalista will not assume responsibility.

In order to exchange your order:
• The product must not be used.
• You must return your product in the same condition that you received it. It must have the original box and label.
• Send it back by the most convenient transport company to:

Is possible to return a model?

El Naturalista recommends that you review the size table (see above). Please be sure of the model you are ordering because exchanges are only permitted for size and color and only when we have the item you want in stock. El Naturalista only accepts returns if your product is damaged or defective If a model wants to be changed for personal reasons (don`t like the shoes) the client will be responsible for the return shipment charges.

reserves the right to hold back any order for security reasons. We will inform the affected clients. Also, we reserve the rights to cancel a delivery if we cannot verify the shipment and invoicing information. We reserve the rights to cancel any delivery if we consider that it may be resold by the buyer.
